According to the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on Social and Economic Development for 2019-2025", approved by Presidential Decree No 1111 of 1 February 2019, residential building construction has been planned for 2019-2025 for industry workers.

In the city of Turkmenbashi, a land bade has been assigned for the implementation of the 2019-2025 Social and Economic Development Programme of the President.

The tender was also published in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper on 07.10.2020, with a number of companies applying for the tender and submitting tender documents.
