According to the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on Social and Economic Development for 2019-2025", approved by Presidential Decree No 1111 of 1 February 2019, reconstruction of 2 (two) berths of Kenar Oil Terminal of Turkmenbashi International Sea Port, located on the territory of Kenar Oil Refinery of Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex, has been planned.

Term of reference for reconstruction of the berths has been prepared and approved to implement the esteemed President's Programme.
