In the Futsal Super League of Turkmenistan in 2022, the matches of the final 28th round were held, after which both the champion and all the winners were determined.

The first place was taken by the Denizchi team from Turkmenbashi (72 points). The team of the Turkmenbashi International Sea Port will get the right to play in the Asian tournament - the AFC-2023 Futsal Club Championship.

Denizchi has been participating in the championship of Turkmenistan since 2009 on a regular basis and at the same time becomes the champion of Turkmenistan for the third time. Previously, the team of the International Sea Port of Turkmenbashi achieved this success in 2015 and 2021. The club from the Balkan velayat was led to this achievement by 46-year-old head coach Yakub Ovezov, permanent since 2011. Under his leadership, Denizchi also won silver medals twice (in 2014 and 2018), three bronze medals (in 2012, 2019 and 2020) of the national championship, twice won the Cup of Turkmenistan (in 2016 and 2018) and once participated in the decisive match for the country's Super Bowl (in 2019).

"Kopetdag" (69 points) became the silver medalist of the championship of Turkmenistan, "Senagatbank" (57 points) - bronze.

Gurbangeldy Sahedov from Kopetdag became the best player and scorer of the championship. Meretgeldy Bayramov from the Denzichi team was recognized as the best goalkeeper of the tournament, and Yakub Ovezov, the mentor of Denzichi, was recognized as the best coach.
