On April 13, 2025, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov departed for a working visit to Japan, TDH reports.
At the capital's international airport, the head of state was seen off by officials.
During the working visit, the President of Turkmenistan will participate in the celebrations for the National Day of Turkmenistan at the World Expo 2025 and hold high-level talks.
World Expo 2025 will be held from April 13 to October 13, 2025, under the motto "Designing Future Society for Our Lives." The event will take place on the artificial island of Yumeshima in Osaka Bay and is expected to attract over 28 million visitors.
The National Day of Turkmenistan at Expo 2025 is scheduled for April 14th.
