The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, concluded their tour of the historical and cultural sites of Turkestan with a visit to the "Karavansaray Turkistan" tourist complex, reports TDH.

The complex, built with motifs from Eastern fairy tales, is a multifunctional center that includes a 115-room hotel and shopping and entertainment facilities capable of hosting up to 300,000 tourists per year. The complex features various attractions, including those using 3D technologies, and retail spaces with stores of well-known global brands.

Upon completion of the tour of the "Hazret-Sultan" national historical and cultural reserve-museum and other sites, the high-ranking officials departed the event location.

The visit of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan continues.
