President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit at the invitation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the press service of the Uzbek President reported.
At Turkmenbashi International Airport, the Uzbek head of state was welcomed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyyev and other officials.
During the visit, Mirziyoyev is scheduled to participate in a trilateral meeting in the “Azerbaijan–Turkmenistan–Uzbekistan” format and hold bilateral talks.
