Copy of certificate of fitness to sail;

Copy of the certificate on prevention of pollution by waste water;

The consent in writing of the owner of the vessel and the pledgee of the registered mortgage of the vessel or the registered encumbrance of the same nature on the transfer of the vessel under the State flag of Turkmenistan;
A document issued by the competent authorities of the foreign state where the vessel was registered immediately prior to the flag change, confirming that the right to sail under the flag of such state has been suspended for the period of granting the right to sail under the State flag of Turkmenistan to the vessel (original);
Copy of the bareboat-charter;
Copy of the fire safety certificate;
Information about the ship’s identification number assigned by the International Maritime Organization;
Copy of the document confirming that the bareboat-charterer meets the requirements for ship owner in accordance with Part one, Article 12 of this Code.
Issuance of qualification certificates
Required documents for obtaining the qualification certificate of a motor mechanic:

Copy of work record book (certified in the personnel department for those who are employed);
Copy of passport;
Copy of the document certifying the validity of health conditions for work on ships, issued in accordance with the requirements of Article 1/9 of the VAP Convention;
