It has become a noble tradition to commission new buildings and structures on the occasion of widely celebrated national holidays. On the eve of Neutrality Day, December 11, 2024, five four-story residential buildings with 300 apartments were commissioned in Turkmenbashi. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of city and district government agencies, public organizations, media, elders, as well as numerous residents and guests.

Ensuring conditions for a happy life and creative work of the people is one of the priority directions of the state policy implemented under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. A vivid confirmation of this is the solemn commissioning of modern residential buildings.

At the opening ceremony, musical performances by masters of culture and art created a unique festive atmosphere. After the blessing of the elders, the participants inspected the new apartments and appreciated the modern conditions and broad opportunities created for the residents.

The participants of the ceremony emphasized that the new residential buildings had become a wonderful gift before the holidays and expressed sincere gratitude to the President for his great deeds for the prosperity of the country and the people.
