Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov continues to receive congratulatory messages from heads of state, government leaders, and international organizations on the occasion of the sacred holiday of Eid al-Adha, as reported by Turkmenistan’s state news agency on Friday.
Among those sending their greetings were President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas, and Head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov.
Congratulations also came from Chairman of Libya’s Presidential Council Mohamed Yunus al-Menfi, Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Afghanistan Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, State Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev, and Organization of Islamic Cooperation Secretary General Hissein Brahim Taha.
