President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent congratulations to Prince Albert II of Monaco and the people of the Principality on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Turkmenistan’s official media reported on Tuesday.

In his message, the President noted that Turkmenistan–Monaco relations are built on the principles of mutual respect and trust. He expressed interest in further expanding bilateral ties and voiced confidence in the steady development of the partnership.

President Berdimuhamedov also wished Prince Albert II good health and well-being, and extended his best wishes for progress and prosperity to the people of Monaco.

On January 20, 2025, during a visit to the Principality of Monaco, National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a meeting with Prince Albert II.
