On the occasion of this double holiday, which carries a profound significance as the country steps into a new era of development, large-scale cultural and public events, scientific-practical conferences, and festive concerts were organized in the capital Ashgabat, the city of Arkadag, and all provinces. According to official state media, as part of the celebrations, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov attended a flower-laying ceremony at the Constitution Monument and extended his heartfelt congratulations to the resilient Turkmen people.
