On October 19, 2023 a training seminar was held on the topic «Zähmet kanunçylygymyz- ösüşlerimiziň binýady» with the participation of the agency «Turkmendenizderyayollary» as well as the department for the protection of social and labor rights of trade union members of the Association of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan in the Balkan velayat, trade unions of Turkmenistan in the Turkmenbashi city, Balkan velayat, as well as representatives of the department of labor and employment of Turkmenbashi city in the conference hall of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyayolar".

The event was attended by lawyers and human resources departments of subordinate enterprises and joint-stock companies of the «Turkmendenizderyayollary»  agency. The head of the department for the protection of social and labor rights of trade union members of the Association of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan in the Balkan velayat, T. Gurbanova, spoke in detail about improving employee productivity, protecting legitimate interests, the legal application of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan and the work carried out in the main directions of state policy, which is the main goal of the training seminar.

Employees were familiarized with rights and responsibilities, legal standards in personnel management and labor relations and the rules of national legislation. Also, the participants exchanged questions and experiences on various topics arising in the field of personnel management and labor relations. The training participants answered questions from employees using various examples. This provided many opportunities for employees to further improve their work experience. The training was interesting, informative and productive.
