On January 16, 2024, the 8th meeting of the Working Group on the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan was held on the digital system. The meeting discussed:

On the work carried out jointly by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Agency in Turkmenistan and the implementation of the “Electronic Government” system and the interdepartmental electronic information exchange system;

On the ongoing work to improve the unified portal of public services of Turkmenistan e.gov.tm;

On the development and creation of a unified list (register) of public services.

Speeches were also heard from the heads of ministries and departmental departments, which were presented by the group for the development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan.
