Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Transport and Communications agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the «Turkmenavtoulaglary» agency, and the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan held an online meeting with representatives of Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan and Ministry of Transport of the neighboring republic.

“During the working meeting, the parties reviewed and discussed issues of simplifying visa procedures for participants in international road transport of the two countries,” reports the press service of the Turkmenavtoulaglary agency.

Currently, the Turkmen side is actively working to build up trade and economic relations with neighboring republics by expanding the existing infrastructure and easing trade and cross-border barriers.
