In addition, from February 1, 2024, short-term 2-month professional group trainings is being held at the Maritime Secondary Professional School of Turkmenbashi city in the areas of “Cleaning of abrasive products- marine painter” on the basis of 23 (twenty-three) societies of marine painters due to the production needs of the «Balkan» shipyard, and also considering that most of the employees of shipyard are young shipbuilders,

During the training, young shipbuilders learn in detail the methods of abrasive blasting, priming and painting of hulls and large steel sheets, which will increase the desire of young shipbuilders for production and will contribute to the development of the shipbuilding industry.
