On February 20, 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mahri Bashimova held a meeting with the editorial director of the international publication «The Investor» Leandro Slowinski, published by the French consulting company «Beyond Investments Group».

During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation in the international information space between Turkmenistan and «The Investor» magazine were discussed.

L. Slowinski expressed the interest of the magazine’s editors in researching the trade and economic potential of Turkmenistan for a broader presentation of the country to the international business community. In this regard, the parties considered the possibility of publishing a special issue of the magazine about Turkmenistan.

As part of the current visit of the director of «The Investor» magazine to Turkmenistan, a number of meetings are planned in the relevant ministries and departments of the country.
