Turkmenistan is actively working on the creation of Eurasian multimodal transport and transit corridors. This was stated by the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, speaking at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, the state agency TDH reports.

According to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan is implementing route projects passing through the Caspian and Black Seas and connecting Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region. This will make it possible to create a unified transport system operating according to agreed rules.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that the success of such projects requires political and diplomatic support at the UN level. He called on international financial institutions to provide sufficient support to transport initiatives and to participate in strategic decision-making.

The head of the Khalk Maslakhaty assured that Turkmenistan is open to negotiations and is ready to provide all conditions for the implementation of national and international transport projects.
