RFP Addendum

Within the scope of the Bidder’s requests; “Turkmendenizderyayollary” Agency under of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet Ministers of Turkmenistan has decided to extend the bidding period with the approval of IsDB in accordance with Article 23.2. of Section I of RFP Document as it is believed that this will increase the quality and accuracy of the technical proposals as well as the level of competition.

The amended provisions are duly attached herewith.

This Amendment shall form an integral part of the RFP. All other terms and conditions of the RFP shall continue to be valid and binding on the Bidders.
