The State Service of Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan announсes an open international tender for the purchase of essential spare parts and equipment for the tugboat "Gudrat"

Interested parties are invited to:

1. submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the firm, company, legal status, country of registration of the bidder, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address and details of the applicant's representative in Turkmenistan, information on the financial position of the company for the last 3 (three) years, detailed information on the experience of the company and its employees;
2. receive a package of tender documents by paying 250 (two hundred fifty) US dollars, including VAT.

Applicant must submit a tender application by October 10, 2025 no later than 4:00 p.m. local time.

Tender proposals must be submitted by November 10, 2025.

All required documents must be in a sealed envelope with the project's name in the upper corner of the envelope and sent to the address below.

Turkmenistan's Maritime and River Transport Service is not responsible for any costs incurred by the applicant for participation, preparation and completion of these documents.
