On October 17-18, 2022, training courses on the topic “Issues of regulating labor relations” were held in the conference hall of the Beyik Yupek Yoly hotel. It consists of lawyers, accounting and financial reporting, Economics and Planning, Human Resources Department, Technical Security Personnel of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, as well as representatives of the Labor Rights Department of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan. The classes lasted two days.

During the training, a broad understanding of the principles of personnel policy, legal regulation of personnel, labor relations of personnel management was given. Employees are also informed about the law and provisions of our national legislation.

Employees exchanged information and experience on issues that interesting to them and they shared their experiences.

Representatives of the Department of Labor Rights of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan answered questions with various examples. This helped the participants to improve their work experience and enrich their knowledge.
