Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar M. Seyitmammedov and Qatar’s Minister of State for Commercial Affairs Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Said discussed trade relations between the two countries during a meeting in Doha, according to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Qatar. 

During the meeting, the ambassador also highlighted Turkmenistan’s initiative to declare 2025 as the International Year of Peace and Trust, emphasizing its role in strengthening international cooperation.

Seyitmammedov spoke about global events being held in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, a key principle of its foreign policy.

The two officials reaffirmed their commitment to deepening economic cooperation and exploring new areas of mutually beneficial partnership.
