On October 19, 2023, a training was held on the topic “Digital systems and electronic document management system” with the participation of the «Turkmendenizderyayollary» agency and its subordinate enterprises, in the conference hall of the joint stock company Shipbuilding and repairing yard «Balkan».

Head of the Department of Digital Technologies and Information Security of the Agency M. Amandurdyeva presented the work carried out under the 1st stage of the “Concept for the development of the digital economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025” (websites, video surveillance system, servers, automated registration system, network and Internet system), as well as the implementation of the requirements of the Regulation “On the protection of information in state information systems of Turkmenistan”, approved by the President of Turkmenistan. Participants were familiarized with the rules that users must follow when using the electronic document management system. Also, the training participants exchanged questions and opinions regarding electronic document management. This training helped to enrich the experience of employees in maintaining electronic document management.
