On April 15, 2022, on behalf of President Serdar Berdymukhamedov, the groundbreaking ceremony for a new residential complex with all relevant structures was held in the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan region.
The ceremony was attended by the heads of the branch structures of the transport and communications complex, the heads of the province and district khakimliks, elders, representatives of public organizations, the media and residents.
Those in attendance thanked President Serdar Berdymukhamedov for his concern for the welfare of our people and wished the Turkmen leader good health, long life and success in his work for the further prosperity of our beloved country.
