On September 23, 2026, a regular meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was successfully held at the "Maslahat Palace" located in our capital, Ashgabat. In accordance with national principles of popular governance, representatives from all regions of the country, elders, public figures, and official state representatives attended this council held on the eve of the glorious anniversary of our country's Independence.

The meeting was chaired by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. During this historic event, comprehensive discussions were held on crucial issues regarding the country's socio-economic development, as well as the main directions of state and public life.

Main issues considered at the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty:

 Reports were presented on the implementation of programs aimed at strengthening the country's economic potential, industrialization, and digitalization.

 Important decisions were adopted to further improve conditions for the younger generation to receive modern education and engage in science and sports.

State awards and honorary titles were presented to citizens, leading workers, and elders who have made significant contributions to the development of Turkmenistan, the prosperous life of the population, and the principles of statehood.

The decisions adopted and the new tasks outlined at the council represented an important step toward defining the country's future path of development and enhancing the living standards of the population. The meeting concluded in a solemn atmosphere, with participants expressing confidence in the continued progress of Turkmenistan.
