On October 28, 2022, a conference under the motto “Hünärim bar hormatym bar” was held in the meeting room of the Beyik Yupek Yoly hotel of the Turkmendenizderyayollary agency and a round table was held. The event was attended by specialists of subordinate organizations, students of the marine secondary special school in the city of Turkmenbashi, "Balkan Shipbuilding and Repairing Yard"

         The main goal of the event was to realize the President's concerns about youth, send young professionals to work, master skills, show love for work, develop and continue the path of mentoring and learning, and engage in honest and clean work.

         The youth who took part in the event expressed their boundless applause for the care of the President for the youth.
