The new issue number of the magazine opens with publications covering foreign visits and negotiations of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, including participation in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States, an official visit to the Republic of Türkiye, participation in the Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of the Economic Cooperation, the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the informal meeting of the heads of state of the CIS.
The magazine also describes in detail the foreign policy activities of the Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in particular, his visits to the People's Republic of China and Kazakhstan to participate in high-level international events.

The magazine, under the heading “Turkmenistan in the mirror of the world press” contains material with a review of publications that devoted their publications to important events in the life of Turkmenistan and significant achievements in the political-diplomatic, economic, social and legal spheres, cultural and humanitarian sphere.
Among the leading materials of the issue can be highlighted articles by high rankers of the Republic of Korea and the EU, which describe the interaction of Central Asian countries with countries of the world and organizations within the framework of the “Central Asia-Korea Forum” and the “Turkmenistan-European Union” dialogue.

On the pages of the magazine, ex-Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Turkmenistan Togan Oral, in his article on the topic of Turkmen-Türkiye relations, expresses his assessment of the development of bilateral relations over the years of cooperation. In the interview with the magazine, the representative of the Diplomatic Institute of UAE, Asma al-Blushi, told about the progressive development of interaction between Turkmenistan and the UAE in the areas of science and education, in detail illuminated programs for the mutual exchange of specialists and students in order to enriching knowledge in the sphere of diplomacy. Along with this, the new section “diplomatic institution” shows the history and some direction of study at Europe's leading diplomatic school - the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.
One of the important vectors of our country’s foreign policy is medical diplomacy. In this context, the diplomatic bulletin presents an article on international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the field of healthcare.
A special section of the magazine is dedicated to the results of the past 2023, which was declared the year of youth in Turkmenistan. The author of the article describes about the role of youth in the implementation of the country’s foreign policy activities and international cooperation of youth within the framework of the corresponding strategy which was adopted in 2023.
The next issue of the magazine ends with the section “Chronicle”, which covers the events of the fourth quarter of 2023 with the aid of brief reviews of meetings and events at various levels - political consultations, forums and conferences, meetings of intergovernmental commissions held both in person and via video.
